Candace Janée is a classically trained American theater and film actress and graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. She has appeared on iconic New York stages such as The Kraine Theatre, Under St. Marks, and The Gene Frankel Theatre. Her most notable roles hailed from the original productions Suicide Sundays and The Golding, earning Best Ensemble at The San Francisco Fringe Festival. On-screen, Candace has carried leading roles, such as Lysistrata in the feature film "Lysistrata,” and supporting roles in the feature film "Rooftops,” and the acclaimed short film "Broken Clouds,” by two-time Emmy-winning director Yuri Alves. Her work extends to numerous short films, commercials, and as a voiceover artist, most recently portraying The Voice in the award-winning film “Radiomoon.” Candace is a producing partner with Blanket Fort Films and co-writer/actress of the short horror film "Limbus.” Originally from Northern California, Candace is now based in Berlin.
